I have more than 24 years of experience in Technology, with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and a post-graduate degree in Internet Consulting. I started my career in technology when there were not many women interested in this subject. I was a typist at Serpro (Federal Service for Data Processing) and did my mainframe internship at one of the 3 largest steel companies in Brazil, COSIPA (Companhia Siderúrgica Paulista), a predominantly male environment. I evolved my career as a programmer and analyst (from junior to specialist) in large companies in the banking and insurance sectors.

Today I work as Head of DevOps and ServiceNow at Cooperativa Central Ailos, where I act directly in the Digital Transformation of the company due to my past experiences. I worked a lot with Quality and that's when I fell in love with Agility and DevOps culture, based on Lean IT. I found myself with voluntary work and I give many lectures at various Technology events in Brazil and abroad.
