Claudette Shatto is an award-winning educator, keynote speaker, and author who empowers learners of all ages through leadership, social-emotional learning (SEL), and entrepreneurial thinking. A tenured professor of Business & Entrepreneurship at Napa Valley College, she brings over two decades of experience designing engaging, real-world learning opportunities for students, from young children to adult professionals.

Claudette’s work centers on helping educators create inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms where every student builds confidence, resilience, and leadership skills. She integrates multicultural storytelling, growth mindset strategies, and hands-on learning to equip children with tools to navigate challenges, embrace risk, and lead with courage.
