With 25-years years of insurance industry experience, including 15-years at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (CPIC), Clint has served in a several roles throughout multiple organizations such as Claims, IT, and Enterprise Services. An introduction to Lean Agile development practices in 2006 drastically altered Clint’s career trajectory, sparking an interest in new ways of working that reinvented the way Clint applied his craft to the delivery of customer value. Clint quickly became an evangelist for the adoption of Lean Agile practices and principles at CPIC, eventually spearheading the introduction of Enterprise Rhythm, CPIC’s program for lean agile forecasting, planning, and delivery services to the organization. Clint and his team are currently leading the launch of Citizens’ new corporate innovation program, Everyone Innovates, a program designed to leverage the ideas of their people to both spark new forms of innovation and improvement and to help us solve for their greatest challenges!
