Chris Morgan Brown is a Principal Consultant for Natural Language AI in AWS Professional Services. He has been working in the Conversational AI space since 2015. Chris was a founding member of the Snaps, one of the first Conversational AI platforms for building, deploying, and optimizing chatbot experiences (acquired by Quiq).

In 2018, he moved from New York City to Portland, OR to lead Columbia Sportswear in their efforts to in building out their live chat team and chatbot experience. Shortly after launching those experiences for Columbia, he went to Wells Fargo to be the lead product manager for their retail chatbot for two years. Chris joined AWS in May 2021.

At AWS, Chris works with large enterprise customers to design, build, launch, and optimize Conversational AI experiences across voice and chat experiences.
