Cole Wakefield is the executive director of The Good Shepherd Humane Society in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and managing advisor for Rural Humane. He works with several national organizations on rural issues and consults with other animal welfare agencies on management practice and program implementation. He earned his Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
