With a background in innovation and media, Cosima Gulde’s vision is to bring the Web3 mindset to LMEs in Germany and beyond. As an Innovation Consultant at Bertelsmann she focusses on driving blockchain and NFT initiatives across the different Bertelsmann business units, from TV to books, from music to IT. This includes educating the upper management on the technologies behind NFTs and connecting experts from inside and outside the company group. Moreover, she leads the Bertelsmann Web3 Community bringing together colleagues from all divisions, positions and job profiles with the goal to decentrally mobilize Web3 enthusiasts. She is especially passionate about how specifically NFTs can help media companies reach new audiences and involve them in content creation hereby building the foundation for mass market adoption of NFTs.
