Courtney Donohoe has over a decade of experience serving in K-12 educational settings—as a teacher, administrator, literacy consultant, and a school improvement coach. Her most recent work has led her to school districts around the country in service of improving district-wide systems and structures to support effective teaching and learning and increased student performance. Prior to this, Courtney served as an instructional assistant principal in a turnaround school district, focused on reviving stagnant achievement and increasing positive school culture. As the Director of Professional Learning with bettertogether³, she believes deeply in the power of connection and collaboration as a means to improve the wellness and psychological safety of students and adults and that there’s no better time than now to get started on this crucial work.
