Courtney Hall is a Principal Data and Research Analyst with the County of San Diego Office of Evaluation, Performance, and Analytics. Ms. Hall leads evaluation projects related to child wellbeing, climate change, and homelessness prevention. With over a decade of experience in program evaluation in the public sector, she has previously conducted teacher and school evaluations at the New Mexico Public Education Department and most recently led a multi-year evaluation of a leadership program for mayors across the globe at the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University. She has an MA in urban education policy from Brown University and an MSc in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
