Craig Fernsler has spent more than 35 years helping clients navigate commercial real estate, investment strategy, and long-term wealth preservation. As a Realtor and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he focuses on guiding investors toward informed decisions about commercial and investment properties, emphasizing profitability, tax efficiency, asset growth, and financial stability.

Craig's knowledge comes from years of active participation in the real estate market as both an advisor and an investor. Because he has personally managed transactions, supervised properties, evaluated risks, and structured deals, he understands the challenges that investors face. His experience spans a variety of property types, including single-family investment homes, apartment buildings, retail strip centers, development land, and vacation properties. Throughout his career, he has worked to help clients increase cash flow and create long-term value.

One area where Craig has provided significant guidance is in advanced real estate and tax-related planning. He has assisted investors with 1031 Exchanges, Cost Segregation Strategies, Installment Sales, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), Deferred Sales Trusts, and NNN net-leased retail property transactions. Since these strategies are often unfamiliar to many investors, they frequently seek his help to understand and evaluate their options.

Craig's firsthand investment experience began with the purchase of his first investment property in 1989. Since that time, he has personally bought and sold approximately $19.3 million in commercial and investment real estate. He has also owned and operated multiple limited liability companies connected to his investment activities. Since 2000, he has purchased and developed several hundred acres of land across multiple counties and two states for both brokerage and personal investment purposes. These experiences have given him direct insight into financing challenges, ownership responsibilities, market changes, and investment requirements.

Craig's professional involvement extends beyond client work. In 2015, he served as Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region for CCIM International and as a member of its International Board of Directors. In 2012, he served as President of the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter. He continues to contribute through the CCIM National Government Affairs Committee, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Board of Directors, and as a Real Estate Instructor. He also holds Series 22 and 63 securities licenses.

Outside his profession, Craig supports organizations such as One House At A Time (Beds for Kids), the Boy Scouts of America, the Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia, and the Animal Coalition of Delaware County. He is a long-time member of the Masonic Lodge and serves as a trustee in his church. He enjoys spending time with his wife, their two adult sons, and the family’s Golden Doodle. Golf and scuba diving are among his personal interests.
