Cristina Musceleanu is a Team Lead and software engineer with experience in large-scale enterprise systems, with a strong focus on software architecture, modular design, and sustainable modernization. She is currently involved in evolving a legacy alert and notification platform from a centralized scheduler-based model to a more modular, event-driven architecture, applying principles from Clean Architecture and Onion Architecture to improve resilience, maintainability, and team ownership.
