Crystal Green-Braswell is a dynamic educational leader and a proud wellness warrior. With a career spanning over twenty-three years, Ms. Green-Braswell’s professional experience is vast. Currently, she serves the great state of Arkansas as a State Leadership Development Coach through the Division of Elementary & Secondary Education. In this role, she supports leaders to develop systems that support social and emotional learning. She has a rich repertoire of proven success enhancing student growth, teaching, and learning systems. She has served as an Academic Achievement Specialist, Assistant Principal, Arkansas A+ Fellow, a Great Expectations of Arkansas Facilitator, an Instructional Facilitator, and a classroom teacher at the elementary and secondary levels.

As a contributing author of The School Wellness Wheel, she highlights her work and passion for enhancing educational systems. Alongside this work, Ms. Green-Braswell has continued to influence student and school success by utilizing the work of Dr. Bob Marzano for the past five years, engaging specifically with High-Reliability Schools.
A highly sought-after educational leader, Ms. Green-Braswell attained a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of Central Arkansas, a Masters of Arts in Adult Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Specialist in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

Although well versed in the theoretical framework that supports and guides her work, Ms. Green-Braswell avidly practices holistic wellness. She enjoys engaging in activities that pour into her so that she is prepared to be fully present when impacting the lives of others. She loves teaching and learning using wellness as a foundation and is excited about changing the world, one educator at a time.

Ms. Green-Braswell is the proud parent of an adult son and a lifelong resident of the Central Arkansas area.
