Cynthia Dionne, is a coach, trainer, and consultant. She is best known as “The DRDP Lady,” after extensive work as a lead trainer with the Desired Results Project – an innovative early childhood assessment system designed by California and used throughout the country. Cynthia brings almost thirty years of experience in early childhood education. As a preschool teacher, director, online instructor, and trainer of trainers – she offers a widespread understanding of all facets of early childhood. Currently, she advises on program enhancement and compliance through an array of training and coaching services.
