Currently, Dahm Mongkol Hongchai is a PhD student, instructor, and researcher in Engineering and Technology Management at Portland State University, where he researches Agile methodologies, leadership, and AI. Dahm is an Agile coach, Scrum Master & Trainer, and business consultant with seven years of experience in high-tech and startup industries across Silicon Valley, Thailand, and Australia.

With 16 years of accomplishments in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma in chemical production at Thailand’s largest company, Dahm combines technical expertise with leadership excellence. He also trains professionals globally using innovative approaches like Agile Cooking, Agile Drawing, Agile Gardening, and Agile Toy Making, with workshops conducted in the U.S.A., Thailand, Hong Kong, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland.
