Dain Johnson is an engineer-turned-psychologist, coaching technical experts and consulting technical organizations. He spent a decade as an engineer in global corporations, multinational projects, and high-tech start-ups, and brings a unique and pragmatic perspective to leading technical teams. With a master's in industrial and organizational psychology from Colorado State University and a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University, Dain blends technical expertise with an understanding of human behavior and business operations to help others develop transformational leadership and foster cultures of excellence.

Dain is an Associated Certified Coach (ICF®), certified Project Management Professional (PMI®), and Change Management Practitioner (Prosci®).
