Dale has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1998 and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) since 2004. Dale's expertise is in explaining difficult concepts and ensuring his students/attendees have actionable knowledge on today’s issues and technologies. Straddling the line between fun and function, Dale's instruction is memorable and entertaining.

Along with his 20 years of experience as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Dale also has an additional eight years of Senior IT Management experience, as well as over 14 years teaching cyber-security related topics. Dale's priority to maintain personal knowledge and understanding of current trends in security, technology, and applications has led to many opportunities such as training various divisions at the Department of Homeland Security. He has helped implement and manage networks using Microsoft Technologies for many Fortune 500 companies. Dale has authored over 18 courses on security with Pluralsight as well as contributes to several online security magazines and webinars
