Damla Alkan is a Data & AI Specialist at Microsoft Turkey, where she plays a pivotal role in driving AI Strategic Partnerships and fostering data-driven journeys for critical and enterprise customers. With over five years of experience in the industry, she supports data transformation for strategic customers, with a focus on leading Generative AI Partnerships. Damla is working in Data & AI domain for more than 5 years at Microsoft with Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect and Cloud Speciliast background.

Damla is also a passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, spearheading initiatives such as Female Empowerment in Data & AI, OpenAI Academies, and Women in AI Hackathon programs. Her dedication to these causes has been recognized with three Be the Change Awards, the Platinum Club Outstanding Achiever Award, and the Champion Award, underscoring her significant impact within the organization.

Damla holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and Physics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and Software Engineering Master Program from Boğaziçi University.
