As a Registered Dietitian, Danaca has worked her entire career in foodservice management. From healthcare, school nutrition, and college dining, Danaca continues to find joy in providing delicious and nutritious meals to any age. Danaca has over 8 years of experience in school nutrition and the 2024-2025 school year is the start of Danaca's 3rd year as a Director of Food and Nutrition in the school setting. She is thrilled to help those that are curious about becoming a Director or are new to their role. It is not always an easy road, but with the help of others, it is much easier to understand. Danaca hopes she can provide some positive reassurance and the tools a new or inspiring director needs to be successful and confident.
