Dani has worked on features in NYC, signed the executive production of +300 projects from institutional to feature films, was a partner in an independent production company and general manager of the art department at Globo, leading a team of +500 people. Seeking for innovation in creative projects, she specialized in DT, Lean and Agile. In 2020, with Leo Edde, Dani launched the Audiovisual Transformation and translated the Lean management philosophy, agile practices and DT into "creativeness", creating the Agile Audiovisual method. With mentorships, courses with Sebrae Rio de Janeiro and Maranhão and Transformation courses, she has trained +100 audiovisual creators and producers throughout Brazil.
