Passionate about Project Management, Daniel Carta starts his career as a MEP designer and soon became responsible of his design development team.
He discovers the BIM and the world of digitalization in 2013 but his real experience in this field happens in Qatar, where he moves to follow the development of the Doha Metro project, as MEP Coordinator. After two years, in 2017, he returns to Italy and assumes the role of BIM Manager for the engineering company Manens-Tifs, specialized in the Design & Project Management of major works in the civil sector that with 45 years of history and 50 million turnover is among the TOP 10 Italian engineering companies.
The BIM Management for Daniel is above all process efficiency, waste reduction and risk management. Therefore, on a daily basis together with his team of Coordinators, he is responsible for implementing the BIM methodology together with the AGILE Management practices searching and using the mutual synergies that arise between the two methodologies both at operational level and at procedural and managerial level.
His motto is: the key to achieve new goals that we think are impossible is the people. Improving team members’ commitment and skills is the key to success.
