It has become a trend in our tech sphere/ecosystem where most of our local developers (new and old) are looking for safe harbor in areas like graphics, web design..., which is seen by many as an easier route compared to areas like software engineering, AI, ML, Cloud... to take in the tech space, of which those paths are good but seldom make any big impact or change to the lives of people in our various local communities. So I would be pushing forth to change the mentalities of those who maybe want to do these stuffs(like ML, AI...) but are afraid of the difficulty or want to follow the current trend to follow those path for maximum impact.
