Danny Feldman is the founder of Feldman Advisory, where he helps founders and leadership teams raise capital, implement AI, scale, and grow revenue.

He founded and scaled Stellar (formerly IFM Restoration), a venture-backed B2B marketplace serving the largest single-family rental owners in the U.S., including Invitation Homes and American Homes 4 Rent. Over seven years he grew it from 1 to 15 states and to $100M in annual revenue, raised $55M across three rounds, and used AI to double revenue before exiting to private equity. He later served as fractional COO to an emerging REIT and helped raise a $1B fund.

Earlier, as a Cutco division manager and Hall of Fame inductee, he recruited and trained 55,000+ salespeople and scaled his division from 1 to 58 locations.
