I was born and raised in Irapuato, Guanajuato Mexico.

Drummer. I Had several rock bands from age 15 to 19.

I Graduated as an Electrical Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana Leon.

Rejected by General Motors in Mexico, this convinced me that I should work at GM Headquarters, which I accomplished on 2011.

I was assigned to Cruise Automation @ SF to help them to build their Remote Assistance systems.

Experiencing SF changed my life, connected me with a lot of passionate people that liked to build things.

On 2020 I completed my Software Engineering Master's Program @ Carnegie Mellon.

On 2020 I founded my own company with Griffin Obeid, build a few apps, Remote Shutter has more than 100K downloads on iOS's AppStore, and we love interacting and delighting our customers.

Griffin introduced me to Rust, and I was hooked immediately!

Also, in 2020 I started to work for May Mobility, and that is when I built their Tele-Assist systems from scratch using Rust and the QUIC protocol.

I also run a YouTube channel @SecurityUnion were I discuss Rust projects, VR, CyberSecurity.
