I'm a bioinformatician at Velsera, specializing in implementing Nextflow language on the Velsera Seven Bridges platform. My role encompasses analyzing bulk RNA-seq data and conducting tertiary analysis, with a particular emphasis on differential expression analysis. Furthermore, I'm actively involved in lecturing at bioinformatics courses within the Faculties of Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, covering RNA sequencing and secondary as well as tertiary analysis techniques.

My academic background includes graduating from the Faculty of Biology at the University of Belgrade, where I also completed my master's thesis in Molecular Biology. During my thesis, I conducted research focused on discovering microbiomes in a mouse model of Multiple Sclerosis.
