Darlington Onyeagoro is an AI strategist, fintech entrepreneur, product builder and business transformation consultant focused on turning emerging technology into practical business value.
His career spans banking, fintech, digital lending, product strategy and entrepreneurship. He has worked with GTBank, Diamond Bank and Primera Africa, and later served in pioneering leadership roles as a Founding Director at OPay and Founding Managing Director of Okash Nigeria.
Today, Darlington leads CADnetwork, where he works with businesses, financial institutions, government organisations and entrepreneurs to apply artificial intelligence, automation and digital technology to real-world challenges.
But Darlington does not only talk about AI — he builds with it.
He actively designs and experiments with AI agents, digital products, no-code applications, fintech solutions and automated business workflows. This builder's perspective shapes his approach to speaking: less hype, more demonstration, practical examples and clear answers to the question, “What can we actually do with this technology?”
His sessions explore practical AI adoption, AI agents, business automation, fintech, innovation, entrepreneurship, customer acquisition and the future of work. He has trained executives and professionals, mentored startups through Techstars, and spoken to audiences across corporate, entrepreneurial, technology and academic environments.
Darlington is particularly passionate about Africa's opportunity in the AI era — not simply as a consumer of technology, but as a continent capable of building products, companies and solutions designed around its own realities.
His core belief is simple:
Technology becomes valuable when people can use it to solve real problems.
