Mr. Monico has 28 years of Public Works and Engineering experience, including 19 years with public agencies and 9 years with private engineering firms. After starting on the private side, Mr. Monico most recently worked with two different public agencies learning the public works side of life and is now bringing his experience to as many public agencies as possible.
