Mostly known for his contributions as a youth empowerment specialist and mentor, Darron decided at a very young age that he was going to serve his generation by serving others, and he has been doing so for more than a decade in his home country, the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Professionally, he became the youngest senior executive/leader at Cable & Wireless TCI at the age of 21, where he has built his career as a brand, marketing, and communications professional over the last nine and half years.
As a multi-certified trauma recovery coach, Darron has the privilege of meeting people in their stories of heartache and pain and journeying with them toward healing, transformation, and recovery.
As a consultant, he helps business leaders create workshops and forums that help men feel seen, understood, empowered, and connected at work.
He also assists HR professionals in engaging and supporting men under their care at work who are experiencing shame, anger, grief, loss, mental and emotional fatigue, feelings of inadequacy, family and workplace-related trauma, anxiety, and stress.
His debut book, addressing how men can recover from the trauma of shame left behind by fatherlessness, will be available for preorder by April 1st.
Darron prides himself in saying that his faith in God is at the center of who he is and is becoming and everything he does.
