David Motta is a technology leader at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP). He drives modernization in areas like EDA, stream processing, and cloud-native architecture, using open source technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Kafka, and Flink. He currently leads BCP’s observability strategy, migrating from proprietary APM to a CNCF-aligned stack to reduce MTTD and improve operational efficiency.
