In this session we share our experience in migrating a complex CI/CD/RE ecosystem including hundreds of pipelines and dozens of processes from on premise to cloud.
We'll underline pros and cons, challenges, solutions, benefits of massive automation, security implications, rational behind specific tools selections, monetary implications and organisational impacts.
We'll take you through the before and after architecture, show how we leverage infrastructure as code, how we monitor the infrastructure per se and code quality, what metrics we took into account to measure success.
