Dean has over 25 years experience in a variety of IT roles including enterprise architecture, product management, and solution architecture. He has a BA in Psychology from Chapman University and an AAS in Information Systems Technology from Community College of the Air Force.

He is a four-time Microsoft Offices Apps and Services MVP and as a Microsoft partner was part of the team that developed a social analytics tools for Office 365

He is currently the Modern Workplace Lead for Value Realization at Avanade for the Midwest region.
