I'm a Data Scientist and AI researcher with an MSc in Applied AI and Data Science, working in central government by day and researching trustworthy, interpretable AI by night. My research spans healthcare AI, medical image analysis, NLP and public health, with a particular interest in the data quality and governance issues that determine whether a model is genuinely safe to use, not just accurate on paper. My work has been recognised with the Best Paper award at SITWE 2025, and I've contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications across AI, healthcare and data analytics. I'm also passionate about supporting greater participation of women in technology and data.
