Dr. Deborah Higdon is an educational leader with 38 years of experience. She was a high school teacher, middle school assistant principal and a principal. She is currently an acting K-12 administrator and an adjunct professor for Montgomery College.

Dr. Higdon presented at Fathers and Families International Conference in 2022 and 2023. She is the co-author of the article, “Courageous Conversations for Cowards” published in the November 2015 edition of the Association for Middle Level Education magazine.
