Derek Steckel is an AI/ML Project Manager at Concurrency, where he leads end-to-end implementations of custom Microsoft and ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. In addition, Derek regularly engages with executive stakeholders to deliver Copilot training sessions that demystify generative AI and agentic workflows for senior leaders.

Previously, Derek managed and coordinated technical teams at Epic Systems, driving generative AI initiatives and presenting to healthcare executives on workflow improvements and cost-saving opportunities powered by AI. His experience spans hands-on solution engineering, business intelligence, and large-scale team leadership supporting top hospital systems.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistical Science and Data Analytics from Temple University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Derek’s passion lies in making advanced AI concepts accessible to everyone - from executives to everyday employees - empowering organizations to build an agentic workforce ready for the future.
