I lead AI workforce transformation at Nordstrom, where I run the AI fluency program for our corporate workforce. The first cohort of 6,277 employees completed at 100 percent, rated it 4.47 out of 5, and 92 percent said they felt more confident using AI in their work. The program has since grown to more than 6,800 employees. Before Nordstrom, I spent 2019 to 2026 at Amazon, where I worked with Amazon Future Engineer as it grew from 100 student scholars to more than 420, and launched a teacher advisory board of Title I educators to help shape the program. I also founded The Early Career Coach, where I coach first generation and early career professionals. My four session pilot this summer rated 4.44 out of 5, and 89 percent of students said they would recommend it. I do my best work where enterprise learning meets early career access, and I am looking to learn from and build with the leaders pushing this field forward.
