Diana studies Government and Asian Pacific Islander American Studies and is the director of the Asian American Student Initiative at William & Mary. She has experience in Asian American history archival research and curriculum development with the APM Research Project, where she has also worked with high school students to provide an opportunity to study underrepresented Asian American histories. Diana believes in harnessing local community power to establish more impactful and necessary change for all communities and making Asian American history education accessible for K12 educators. She especially wants to help ensure that the future of Asian American political engagement is rooted in compassion and solidarity.
