Diana leads the social impact marketing team at Twilio. She is responsible for growing the company’s social impact by empowering more nonprofits to help more people using Twilio’s digital engagement platform. Diana highlights innovation within the nonprofit sector by partnering with Twilio customers to tell their stories. With a background in communications and product marketing, Diana has spent her career in entertainment and SaaS technology marketing. She started the marketing organization at Segment, the leading customer data platform, which was later acquired by Twilio. Diana is a member of the board of directors for Alonzo King LINES Ballet, a contemporary dance company based out of San Francisco. She studied communications and advertising at the University of Southern California where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
