Diane R. Jones is the author of the AI Admissibility Framework and founder of Strategic GRC & Security LLC. She works on the security architecture problem created when AI systems move from producing outputs to taking consequential action through tools, APIs, workflows, and delegated authority. Her work focuses on agentic AI, non-human identity, execution boundaries, evidence, and control-intent-driven governance. Diane developed AI Admissibility as a practical model for determining whether an AI-driven action should be allowed, denied, deferred, or escalated before it affects a system. She holds CISSP and CCSP certifications and brings a background spanning software development, systems delivery, cybersecurity, cyber risk management, third-party risk, vulnerability management, and governance architecture.
