Five reasons to use Nx to build your next Angular Schematic

Building an Angular schematic is one of the top advanced things you can do in Angular, but it can be challenging. However, a tool called Nx can support you in this process and make it less intimidating. In this talk, you will learn five reasons to use Nx for this task. I will also share my real-life experiences with creating and maintaining a popular open-source Angular schematic project that was later migrated and became an Nx plugin. Through my experiences with this project, I have learned firsthand the benefits of using Nx and believe others can benefit. I will share my insights and experiences to help others understand how using Nx to build their Angular schematic projects can increase development satisfaction, community involvement, and maintainability.

Code like Google does with Nx

One of the biggest challenges of building a full-stack web application is managing complexity; if you're building a serious product, you likely have multiple front-end applications that communicate with a back-end that share interfaces with multiple team members that need to collaborate efficiently.

Nx is a tool that can dramatically simplify the way you organize tests and share code between multiple JavaScript applications.

The tool itself is based on the best practices developed at Google to scale thousands of applications across thousands of developers in a single mono repo, but you don't need to be operating at Google scale to see the benefits of NX, it can be a very powerful tool for projects of all sizes and not just angular but full stack javascript.
