Giancarlo is a freelancer based in Ischia, a sunny and lush island in the gulf of Naples, Italy. His company, digitall.it, is an accredited registrar for .it domain names by the National Research Center in Pisa. He's a graphic designer, full stack developer and system administrator of his own servers. Working in an environment strongly based on seasonal tourism, he has gained an all around approach to marketing by integrating managed workflows usually leveraged by bigger companies, custom tailored and ready for adoption by small businesses. Fresh from StripeCon Europe 2021, where he presented Mautic to a wide range of new developers from 49 countries around the world, he's here to do the same, but from the opposite side.
