Dimple is a supply chain and operations executive with over 12 years of experience across fashion, luxury and beauty. She currently works at a beauty tech startup where she manages operations and an inventory portfolio supporting approximately $165M in annual revenue. Her career spans leadership roles at fashion companies and she is also a past entrepreneur, having founded a bespoke fashion venture based in Mumbai. She holds an MBA, a Master's in Finance and Banking, a Master's in Global Fashion Supply Chain Management from LIM College, fashion design training from Istituto Marangoni Paris and a GIA Graduate Gemologist certification. She is completing a Doctorate in Education focused on AI driven optimization and blockchain traceability in global fashion supply chains with degree conferral expected in December 2026. Her work brings together operational expertise and applied research at the intersection of technology, sustainability and global trade.
