At Amazon, Dinesh led teams focused on infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and operational reliability. He designed automation frameworks that reduced service deployment timelines from months to days, led HIPAA-compliant modernization initiatives migrating legacy systems to AWS, and drove observability and incident response improvements that measurably increased system availability while reducing infrastructure spend.
Prior to Amazon, he spent over six years at Cisco Systems as an Architect Engineer, leading globally distributed teams and building Kubernetes-based observability platforms and a global service status capability for Cisco's CX Cloud — enabling proactive detection of latency and reliability issues and reducing downtime at scale. Earlier roles at CenturyLink and HCL Technologies established his foundation in large-scale systems operations, CI/CD delivery, and cross-team leadership.
Dinesh's technical expertise includes AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and SRE practices such as SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
