She has particular expertise in the architecture-led approach towards breaking down enterprise monolithic applications and successfully transforming them into cloud-native. Motivated by the belief that “Opportunities do not exist, you create your own”, Divya attributes her greatest wins/failures to her extremely inquisitive nature which enables her to recognize opportunities to reinvent and recreate. She loves connecting with people to hear their stories, in terms of their motivation and the work they do, and this ultimately inspires her to learn something new, perhaps outside of her comfort zone. Currently, she is focused on creating opportunities that tie her role to a bigger-picture impact. She is leading the sustainability division at FlapMax AI which enables chosen startups across various industries to transition into ESG space.
