Domenico earned a degree in Sciences of Information at the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and natural Sciences of Salerno. He is an Agile Coach with experience in both Scrum and Kanban, as well as a trainer and seasoned product owner. His background also includes experience in software and product development, several years experience within projects, acting as a Technical Coordination (Project responsible) in the 2009 moved in the first agile team. Domenico is a lecturer on Lean and Agile methodologies, a husband, father to two daughters and environmental volunteer. Domenico worked for Ericsson R&D from 1999 with different roles technical and managerial before Agile, currently at YNAP as Development Lead & Senior Agile Coach.

When we make an agile transformation we always set ourselves the goal of obtaining the ideal change, the one that allows maximum benefits to all organizations and people involved, but organizations are complex systems made up of people.
