Don Donais has been involved with helping customers to collaborate for the last 25 years which includes being a technology instructor, SharePoint/Office 365 consultant, working with financial and healthcare companies focusing on Office 365 configuration and adoption. Currently Don is a Sr Customer Success Manager at Microsoft focusing on Teams Phone and Microsoft Teams Rooms and helping customers adopt these technologies. He has spoken at many SharePoint/Microsoft 365 related events in the Midwest, ran the Minnesota SharePoint Users Group, on the board for MN365 User Group and organization committee for M365 Twin Cities.
