I’m a software engineering specialist with over 25 years of experience in agile, project management, Quality Assurance, process improvement and software development. I bring a multidisciplinary approach to software engineering. I have been on an agile transformation journey since before I new the buzz words. As a student of Deming, Drucker and Greenleaf I embrace the principles of the Servant Leader, continuous change and quality as an intrinsic product attribute. I provide support as a Team Facilitator and coach for Agile/ Scrum, SAFe, Lean/ Kanban, RUP and yes even waterfall projects. Domain knowledge includes: data analytics, logistics, health care, insurance, automotive, telecommunications, marketing and finance. I’ve become highly mobile, working in NYC, New Jersey, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Oregon and Hawaii.
