Donald Woodard is a nationally recognized transactional lawyer and trusted advisor to some of the most influential artists, producers, and executives in the music industry. As Managing Partner and co-founder of Carter+Woodard, an Atlanta-based boutique entertainment and sports law firm, he brings decades of experience navigating complex deals across recording, publishing, brand partnerships, and beyond.
