After winning the prestigious Dept. of Defense SMART Scholarship as a college freshman and graduating Magna Cum Laude from Boise State University, Donato moved to St. Louis to work as an Analyst with top U.S. Intelligence Agencies.

Since 2021, Donato has accrued over 375+ units and $35M in real estate via strategic partnerships and adding value in the acquisition phase. During which, he cut his teeth via renovating his own four-unit property and learning the power of real estate and being a young landlord.

Finally, he founded his real estate SaaS company, BrightInvestor, which helps investors and agents find great deals in great areas. 150M+ properties nationwide with powerful market data combined into instant property reports has helped thousands of real estate pros in their lead gen and analysis.

Donato's spoken by invitation at Penn State University; Iowa State University; multifamily workshops in Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Florida; local real estate investor's association (REIAs), and dozens of podcasts in the real estate and tech space.

Most recently, Donato represented BrightInvestor on Season 16 of The Blox, Wes Bergmann's edutainment game show, and won "Most Investable" alongside a Top 3 Finish.
