With a 25 year career in the tech industry I have achieved the career, finance and life goals that equal success for me. Starting as a small business owner operator, then moving into the corporate world and doing a double Masters (MBA, MHRM) while working my way up to General Manager roles in tech consulting. In my 6 years at AWS I was able to successfully navigate the “L7” promotion process progressing across multiple roles and teams from a WA remit, to Australia wide, AsiaPacific and then into a global role.

I achieved financial independence in 2025 and now live a 'work optional' life focused on my passions and values. This includes my startup Shoutout, which helps companies improve their culture through recognition & gratitude.

I love giving back to the community and do a range of volunteering. I enjoy travelling regularly, am a musician and an animal lover.
