Donna has 24 years’ experience working in the IT industry. She is the CEO of SHOUTOUT, a simple recognition program helping organisations retain their talent, Partner Manager at Amazon Web Services and the Chair of DDD Perth, Australia's largest community run tech conference. Donna is an Ambassador for Women in Technology WA and WAITTA's Incite awards and volunteers for a range of other community initiatives. Donna is passionate about empowering women and during her time at AWS created a Cloud training program which scaled globally to 180,000 women across 150 countries.

With an MBA and MHRM, Donna is an international conference speaker and regular panelist on culture, talent development, diversity and leadership topics. She is an author and a WA Business News, 40 under 40 award winner for the Professional Services category. In her spare time she enjoys all things travel and arts related and plays the electric violin.
