As a User Experience Supervisor at ExxonMobil, Dorinne Hammons leads a team of UX designers and researchers working with a wide range of applications that support Upstream Operations around the globe. With 20 years of experience in user experience in both the medical field and in oil and gas, Dorinne has had the opportunity to work on a lot of different projects, and to see what factors contribute to the ultimate success or failure of a product.
