As a business consultant and IT change expert, Doris Schlaffers' activities focus on the human aspects of digital transformation, such as employee acceptance or the successful integration of new technologies into modern corporate cultures and processes. In recent years, she specialized in various Microsoft 365 services such as Microsoft Teams, Yammer, SharePoint Online and the Employee Experience Platform Viva. Doris Schlaffer graduated from the College of Multimedia Design at the "Graphische" in Vienna and found her way into IT only by chance. Since then, she has put her heart and soul into it and founded the IT women's network #thenewITgirls. Since 2021 she worked at Communardo Software Gmbh and is location manager in Vienna.
