Tamika N. Jacques, Ed.D. is the Chief Operating Officer for Fruitful Vision Enterprises (FVE) and the Director of Workforce Development at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.

Dr. Jacques has been in the Workforce Development field for over eighteen years and has had the honor of assisting with the distribution of over $29 million in workforce training programs that have targeted women, minorities, college students, youth, incumbent workers, unemployed workers, and under-employed workers. Dr. Jacques is the author of A Brown Girls Guide to Employment and Networking.
